Experiential Educators Europe 2018 – relacja z konferencji

Tegorocznym gospodarzem byli trenerzy z Litwy, skupieni w organizacji “Kitokie projektai”. Mieliśmy więc szansę na lepsze poznanie Wilna i otaczającej go przyrody. Atrakcją był kilkugodzinny spływ kajakowy, dzień w parku linowym, odwiedziny w parku narodowym, wieczór kuchni litewskiej. Przed-konferencja trwała 3 dni i wzięło w niej udział kilkanaście osób z całego świata.

EEE 2018

Pracownię Nauki i Przygody reprezentowały trzy osoby – mamy więc zaczątek dream teamu oragnizatorów 🙂

ILSE SMETS TATTOO SHOP GOAL: getting to know eachother in a creative way
We would work in different pairs. You draw a tattoo on eachother on a specific place. Everytime we would work around a existentional question ex: 'what do you want to become as a child?’ the tattoo is related too this question. After that you have a short conversation with a new partner with a new question.
Saskia szepansky The courage to be seen As a trainer/facilitator you are very visible. But also, we look at our clients all the time. What happens if we take away all activity and just experience 'being seen’? What happens inside you, when you are being watched when you know, register and feel that others see you?

I will make use of the people in the room, maybe some ideas from systemic work and poetic reflection. You will walk out 'being seen’ with your own poetic reflection of the experience.

Jac Rongen Try to open your eyes If you would like to have a small taste of what hypnosis can be, feel free to join. I will share some of my learnings and recently acquired skills.
I also have some questions on ethics, learning goals and development.
Mihaly Csongor Kocsis Humour in training and coaching To be or not to be humorous? – during the training courses or the coaching sessions. When and How to use humour in order to increase the effectiveness of your work? – discussion, exchange of experience, examples for different situations. Don’t forget to bring your favourite joke!

And yes, we will do a presentation in plenum! For inspiration: https://youtu.be/MoRMUzljoAA
Sibylle & Michał Schönert & Kubik „Sounds Like Emotions” We’re facing emotions – our own as well as our clients’ – in our daily work as facilitators, trainers and coaches. The goal of the workshop is to present and share a simple and effective tool to get in touch with emotions. It can be used for individuals as well as groups.
Jan Wardęszkiewicz The cube – computer game in team building The main goal of the workshop is to inspire the participants how computer games may be used to make trainings more engaging. The workshop will be based on a game The Cube inspired by the famous movie. The participants will play the game and engage in a number of short team-building tasks (aprox. 2-3) that were designed by our team namely for this game. We will invite them to discuss and brainstorm them in order to maximize their potential. As a result the participants end the training with a full hand of inspirations and at least one ready-to-use original team building task. And last but not least it will be a lot of fun.
Ammy Kuiper Games, Games, Games Games I picked up last year along the way .

Short explanation of several games and their use. Then participants vote what games to play in the time available.
After the workshop everyone gets a list of the presented games with instructions/materials/where to buy etcetera.
Stephanie Püttker Company-Chess: A Classical Teamwork/Leadership-Activity Instead of bringing a new game I would like to keep one of the classicals alive and offer it to those who maybe do not know it yet, but maybe always heard talking about it 😉 You do not necesarily need to know anything about chess!! It’s an activity which is great for bringing to life the topics of teamwork, (virtual) leadership, middle management, group dynamics in certain roles, information management… We will have three hierarchy levels working that are connected. Normal office condition is enough to participate.
Ammy Kuiper Fearless Journey Fearless Journey is a Teamgame to address and solve obstacles over which they have no authority, using 48+ influence strategies from Linda Rising & Mary Lynn Mann’s book Fearless Change. Side-effects: Consensus Decision making, collaborating and appreciation. Can also be used as an intervision-tool.
Our own workpractice will serve as cases to play the game
Daniel Dammeier Mousetraps and Cards 2 Activities and 2 Models ! I will show two of my favorite activities combined with two models I use a lot for participants to experience how learning and development works within oneself and in groups.
Aga Leśny Jagoda Gandziarowska-Ziołecka „Webmaster”: perfect team building activity and…? In Webmaster Game you could find different aspects of:
